REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Because every Quoted Clothing piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or sizing.
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item or size was sent
- There is a significant print quality issue
To raise a claim, contact us at info@quoted.clothing within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess and resolve within 3 business days.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Minor print variations inherent to DTG printing
All decisions regarding refunds and replacements are at the discretion of Quoted Clothing.
